Terms of Service

    Last updated: April 2026

    1. Scope

These business terms govern access to CannaWorld Gateway, operated by Cannaworld Co., Ltd., Thailand. Gateway is a B2B platform for licensed cannabis businesses, professional service providers, and verified trade stakeholders only. It is not a consumer marketplace and is not intended for unlawful cannabis activity in any jurisdiction.

    2. Scope of Services

Gateway provides platform, readiness, evidence, workflow, data-room, trade-case, notification, audit/QMS and coordination services. CannaWorld may support supplier qualification, document collection, readiness assessment, marketplace coordination, lead enrichment and evidence-pack preparation, but the agreed scope is always limited to the applicable order, subscription, statement of work or quote.

    3. No authority, import, QP or certificate outcome

CannaWorld is not a regulator, notified body, accredited certification body, importer of record, laboratory, pharmacy, customs broker or Qualified Person unless a separate written contract expressly says otherwise. CannaWorld does not guarantee certification, import approval, QP release, lab result acceptance, buyer acceptance, customs clearance, authority approval or transaction completion.

    4. User responsibilities

Users remain responsible for valid licenses, permits, product legality, facility status, documents, batch data, listing claims, lawful communications and compliance with applicable cannabis, pharmaceutical, narcotics, trade, customs, tax, sanctions, privacy and advertising laws. Users must not upload false documents, misstate certification status, market products unlawfully or use the platform for illegal trade.

    5. Lawful data collection, import and enrichment

Users may import or submit company, contact, license, product, batch, lead, trade-case and evidence data only where they have a lawful basis and the right to share it. CannaWorld may process, normalize, deduplicate, enrich and classify B2B data to provide platform services, verify counterparties, maintain audit trails, prevent abuse and support legitimate business development.

    6. Public B2B data and opt-out

CannaWorld may process publicly available company and professional contact data relating to licensed cannabis, pharmaceutical, logistics, laboratory, importer, wholesaler, pharmacy, QP, auditor and compliance stakeholders. We do not authorize unlawful scraping, circumvention of access controls or ToS-violating collection. Businesses and individuals can request correction, suppression or opt-out through the published contact channel.

    7. Uploaded evidence and trade documents

Uploaded licenses, certificates, CoAs, SOPs, batch records, facility files, audit evidence, logistics documents, contracts and communications remain the submitting party's responsibility. CannaWorld stores and processes them as evidence and workflow records, and may create derived summaries, risk flags, metadata, audit logs and evidence packs for the permitted business purpose.

    8. AI-assisted processing

AI features support extraction, classification, translation, risk scoring, drafting, gap analysis and prioritization. AI output is decision support only. It does not replace human review, auditor judgment, QP responsibility, lab responsibility, legal advice, regulatory advice or authority decisions. Users must verify AI-assisted output before relying on it.

    9. Auditors, QPs, labs and third parties

Where CannaWorld coordinates auditors, Qualified Persons, laboratories, logistics providers, legal advisors, consultants or other third parties, those parties act under their own licenses, professional obligations, contracts and liability frameworks. CannaWorld coordination does not transfer their statutory duties to CannaWorld.

    10. Pricing and payment

Prices, subscription fees, service fees, usage fees, commissions, escrow, billing providers and payment timing are governed by the current product plan, order form, quote or statement of work. Complex audits, QP coordination, legal review, lab work, travel, translations, authority fees and third-party services require scoped quotes unless expressly included.

    11. Confidentiality and security

Each party must protect confidential business, technical, compliance and trade information. CannaWorld uses role-based access controls, tenant separation, audit logging and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet platform can guarantee absolute security, and users must protect credentials, devices and shared workspaces.

    12. Liability, regions and lawyer review

CannaWorld's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and the agreed commercial scope. Additional EU/EEA/UK and Thailand privacy, transfer, retention and processor terms may apply through the Data Governance Pack, DPA, regional addenda or order documents. These terms describe CannaWorld Gateway's general B2B service framework. Mandatory law and signed order forms, statements of work and service agreements take precedence. They do not replace legal advice tailored to the specific case.

Legal context: these terms describe the general service framework. Mandatory law and the signed order form, statement of work or service agreement govern the customer-specific scope.
